As one of the roster agencies for KeyBank, it became our charge to activate the bank's "Champions of Financial Confidence" platform for its Middle Market B2B customers.

 

The challenge was twofold: Find a way to tell their story in a way that resonated with potential customers, and then communicate that in a bold, differentiating fashion. (In other words, something different than the usual stock shots of businesspeople looking at pieces of paper and shaking hands.)

 

Our brief told us Key bankers weren't just order takers. They were proactive problem-solvers who used actionable market insights to customize solutions for their customers.

 

Simply put, they didn't just provide them capital. They provided them with Informed Capital -- the kind that generated results.
