I'm a firm believer in the power of stories.
So when Medicare season rolled around for BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York, I could think of no better way to tell the community about our plan offerings.
We found actual BlueCross BlueShield Medicare Advantage members, turned the camera on them, and had them tell us their stories. Simple.
What we heard wasn't earth-shattering. But it was real. They all had things they loved to do, and they trusted our Medicare Advantage plans to help them keep doing those things longer.
How wonderful is that?
